I challenge you to reflect on your thoughts (who is thinking and with what?), your feelings (are you feeling in the present moment or based on past experiences that still influence your perception of the world today?), your body awareness (are you even present in your body?), and your spirituality.

Para mim, it’s about accepting and embracing what is right now. And seeing through the illusion of control. “Change is only possible when healing takes place.”

I am grateful for my own healing processes and experiences. My path led me through growing up in an unhealthy family, founding my own family, traditional therapy, training as a biodynamic dance therapist (HKiT), living in intentional communities, and working as a Possibility Manager trainer for 13 years. A key question on this journey for me was: What addictions do I have? This question led me to the 12-step program and Anne Wilson Schaef’s “Living in Process Intensive.”

I look forward to accompanying you on your path. For your process, I create a space that is shaped by respect, encouragement, possibilities, being with, and love.
