Initiation into the authentic power of your feelings

The Lab Training is your workspace. Nele, você se acompanha como originalmente era para ser: acordado e largo em cada célula, vibrating with vitality, connected to your heart and the world. In this daring, soft and wild training lasting several days, you will explore yourself, your relationship to yourself, your fears, the crusts (traumatic or blocked), gain insights and experience what is possible and tangible beyond the previous limitations. You gain deep insights into your true needs, recognise how you sabotage them and serve hidden agendas. You now put into action what you have learnt in the Basic Training (tools and techniques of Possibility Management, among others). Because nothing feels more true than when you courageously, slowly and lovingly move towards your potential against old conditioning, habits or fears.

Among other things, you practise:

• Recognising your feelings, allowing them and finally using them as a powerful source of energy to put things into action.
• Creating clarity and setting boundaries.
• Recognising that it is not the situation itself that is a problem, but the evaluation of a situation.
• Releasing inner blockages, healing emotional and energetic wounds, making new agreements in your relationships and recognising and changing limiting beliefs and old decisions.
• Communicate fully through the use of voice and body language.
• Acting calmly and calmly in the midst of chaos.
• Creating opportunities instead of waiting for them.
• Living relationships authentically and deeply.

All this in an ultra-safe space, together with like-minded people.

Emo Empo Lab is a Practice Training of Wisdom of Change (Woc). The prerequisite for your participation is having participated in a WOC Core Training.
