The Emotional Empowerment Basic is a first cornerstone of your initiation into a meaningful life. We often limit our lives through familiar behaviours and thought patterns without even realising it. We lock our dreams away, numb our feelings and settle for a life of mediocrity and compromise because we are blind to the unlimited number of possibilities that are within our reach.

Just as new maps give you access to new worlds, this intensive 4-day training opens up new possibilities, perspectives and skills to make your life more vibrant and authentic on all levels. Everything you learn here can be applied immediately in your everyday life. These 4 days will take you to your limits and beyond. The prerequisite for participation is a willingness to commit 100% to the process.

However, if you prefer to see yourself as a victim of circumstances and want to stay in your comfort zone, you should NOT participate 😉

Emo Empo Basics is a Core Training of Wisdom of Change (WOC). Upon completing it, you can participate in the Practice Trainings that WOC offers and collaborates on.
